Recruitment Information

Ohio State Panhellenic organizations participate in Formal Recruitment every January. To be eligible for recruitment, women must have completed one semester of college and must have maintained a GPA of at least 2.5.

There are 4 rounds of recruitment.

Weekend 1: 

- Days One & Two: Meet the Chapters Round - this is a chance of potential new members (PNMs) to go to each house and have conversations with women from each chapter, getting a glimpse into what each chapter is like.

- Day Three: Philanthropy Round - this round focuses on each chapter's philanthropy and provides PNMs with more background on how they give back to the community.

Weekend 2:

- Day Four: Sisterhood Round - this round highlights the strong bonds found in each chapter's sisterhood and a sisterhood video is shown at each house.

- Day Five: Preference Round - the final round of recruitment, PNMs will receive a special experience at each house they go to before making final decisions.

- Day Six: Bid Day! - run to your new home with your sisters!
